- SWIMMING POOL: The pool is open 9.00-19.00 with a lifeguard at selected times. Swimming without a lifeguard is at your own risk. Please refer to, and follow, pool rules clearly displayed. Sunbeds and parasols are available on a first come first served basis at no cost
- LAUNDRY: A coin operated laundry is open all day and has washing machines and a tumble drier. Located next to the pool area
- TERRACES: All terraces are for communal use, however, we have reserved a space on the large communal terrace for your exclusive use with table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers. These are clearly marked with your apartment number.
- BAD WEATHER: We kindly ask if it rains please bring the cushions under cover, and if it gets windy please close the umbrellas to avoid damage
- GARDENS: Please enjoy the lush manicured gardens and you're welcome to pick a lemon or 2 from the trees. Please feel free to water our plant pots too!!

- WIFI: You should already have been sent the WIFI details in your welcome message. For any issues with connection please contact us
- ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES: We provide some kitchen and cleaning essentials to ensure you have a comfortable stay
- AIRCON: As a responsible guest we ask you to only use the air-conditioning when you are inside the apartment. It only takes a few minutes to cool down so please don't leave it on if you are out all day. Lets save energy together!
- MAINTENANCE ISSUES: If things go wrong or don't work, or if you have any breakages, please let our on-site hosts know immediately and they will try to resolve things as soon as possible
- CLEANING AND LAUNDRY: If you require additional cleaning or laundry services during your stay please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee

- PARKING: Secure free parking is available at the Condominium car park
- PARKING IN TOWN: White spaces = free parking. Blue spaces = paid parking. Be aware you will get a ticket if you do not pay for parking
- CCTV: CCTV and regular security patrols in communal areas offer you security and peace of mind. Please lock all doors and close windows when you leave the apartment
- APARTMENT SAFETY: A smoke alarm, fire blanket and fire extinguisher are installed for your security. Please also close doors and windows if it is windy as they can bang shut and smash the glass
- EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: Emergency services number is 112. Pharmacies are located in the local village and in Tropea. If you need a doctor the pharmacist can advise you. In an emergency the local hospital is on the SP22 just 10 minutes away. Please call our onsite hosts or message us for any other help or support required

- LOCAL SHOPS: Parghelia has several local shops, and a small supermarket, selling freshly baked bread, meats, cheeses and all your essentials
- SUPERMARKETS: Eurospin in Tropea is a short drive away and provides a wide selection of non-branded products at exceptional value . Conad, a little further away in Santa Domenica, sells all major branded products and has a great deli counter
- TAKE-AWAY: Delicious arancini and other street food is available at La Piccola Rosticceria and Antonio's Pizzeria will have your take-away order ready in minutes. Both located in the centre of the village
- SHOPPING CENTRES: If you want to shop for clothes Vibo Centre is 45 minutes away and offers some great Italian and International brands

- WHAT IF THE WIFI DOESN'T WORK? Please contact us and we can advise you how to get connected
- WHAT IF THE ELECTRIC STOPS WORKING? If many appliances are used at the same time it is possible the fuse will trip. The fuse box is on the wall to the right of the front door. Please flick the switch to restore power
- WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH SOMETHING ON MY ARRIVAL? We're thrilled to have a 5 star rating for cleanliness and be top rated for our amenities, but if you're not happy with anything on your arrival please contact us immediately
- WHAT IF I BREAK SOMETHING OR SOMETHIING DOESN'T WORK? Accidents and minor breakages can happen. We just ask you to please let us know if there has been any damage to property or contents. If something stops working please contact our on-site host Carmelo who will try to repair or replace it, or message us as soon as possible
- WHAT IF I NEED MORE TOWELS OR NEW BEDDING? This can be arranged for a small fee by contacting us or our on site host Maria
